Prof. Y. Ethan Wang’s research team awarded $2M by National Science Foundation EFRI

The National Science Foundation EFRI program awarded $2M to a UCLA research team led by Y. Ethan Wang, an Associate Professor of the Electrical Engineering Department to develop novel RF amplifiers on acoustic wave platforms. The Co-PIs of this grant are Professor Greg Carman and Professor Chris Lynch of the MAE Department. The title of this project is: EFRI NewLAW: Non-Reciprocal, Parametric Amplification of Acoustic Waves for Future Generations of RF Front-Ends.
